RsA development and new Asian strategy (L. Riccardi) - DIRITTO 24

Lorenzo Riccardi, managing partner of RsA Asia, announces the expansion of the activities of the firm into a new synergic area of business: “The ever-changing and increasing complexity of the market requires more and more integration among different disciplines in order to broaden the support to our clients and scale internationally. Our new Strategy Advisory department will leverage our expertise in Finance, Accounting and Tax to accompany our clients from the very first steps in the market to more complex M&A transactions.

The new department will consolidate the growth of RsA. Our near future goal is to expand our practice to Southeast Asian countries by opening new offices”.

Raul Thomas Mora is the managing director of the new born department. His strategic business development background spans marketing communication, consulting, private and public investment, M&A, start-up and manufacturing.

Before joining RsA, Raul was China Chief Representative of Promos Shanghai, Special Agency of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan. Almost 7 years in this role made him connect with the most influent Institutions in Italy and in China and support and consult over 2000 companies during their landing and development in China market.

During his 14 years China experience, he developed the ability to build and lead innovative strategic market approach also through the important position held as China Country Manager at Radici Group and as Stategic Business Specialist at SMIC Semiconductor.

Giorgio Riccardi, partner in charge of RsA Asia Italian office, will continue to focus on the support and development of international firms for domestic and cross-border transactions.

Tommaso Colli, former KPMG finance specialist, becomes manager of the Tax Department. Supported by Antonio Severo, previously Deloitte tax department, Colli can count now on a team of 20 accountants and CPAs.

Eva Banzo and Fernando Garcia will lead the Spanish and Latin American desk to assist groups from those areas interested in the Far East.

RSA Asia has now over 30 professionals, through its offices and strategic partnerships in China, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Italy keep pursuing its growth as leading firm for inbound and outbound investments.
